This guided meditation and dharma talk were recorded Wednesday, March 20, 2019, as a part of the “Clarity of Heart” 8-week meditation series. The talk is shorter than usual, as this was the evening that Julie Boyse joined us to guide the practice of chanting the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, a powerful mantra from the Bhakti Yoga tradition, used for cultivating peace and harmony, health and healing for ourselves and others.
