Find a comfortable seat and allow your body and mind to begin to relax. In this 20-minute meditation, we will place our attention on the breath at three places, starting with the tip of the nose, then we will move into the chest at the level of the heart, and finally into the movement of the breath in the belly.
Gathering our mind in this way, cultivating stillness and steadiness, brings a deepening relaxation that we can enjoy. And with a still and steady mind, we may begin to see our moment-to-moment experience more clearly, which invites our innate, natural kindness, compassion and wisdom to surface.
