Find a comfortable seat and allow your body and mind to begin to relax. In this 30-minute guided meditation, we will land in the body and breath, consider our intention for our practice and then settle into ‘bare’ awareness.

Gathering our mind in this way, cultivating stillness and steadiness, brings a deepening relaxation that we can enjoy. And with a still and steady mind, we may begin to see our moment-to-moment experience more clearly, which invites our innate, natural kindness, compassion and wisdom to surface.
