SATURDAY HALF-DAY YOGA RETREAT
A Joyous Celebration of Breath
Saturday, December 14, 2019 | 11am – 4pm
Stream Yoga + Meditation, 819 Weaver Rd, Port Colborne
Enjoy a holiday gift for yourself!
Utilizing movement, sound and relaxation, we’ll find a more complete dance with life. Liberate your breath and discover tools that you can use throughout the holiday season to find equanimity, peace and joy.
This workshop is suitable for all bodies. For those who have difficulty with transferring to and from the floor, we have chair support available.
This workshop qualifies for 5 hours CEU with Yoga Alliance.
A note to yoga teachers and health professionals: pranayama is incredibly powerful but many common practices can be contraindicated for a large number of your students. This breath work is fun to teach, almost universally safe and can dramatically increase your students’ wellbeing. Learn to recognize common breath holding patterns and witness the joy when your student finds deeper asana almost effortlessly after releasing them.
