A DAY-LONG YOGA RETREAT

Take time, disconnecting from electronics and the outside world, to reconnect with yourself through the traditional teachings of yoga.
We will review the teachings shared by Swami Mahesh when he visited Port Colborne in May, practicing the 4 paths of yoga, the 8 limbs that arise out of one of those paths, moving through a yoga practice you can do at home and learning some Ayurveda tools for this season to help keep us balanced and present moving into Autumn.
All levels are welcome to help deepen your knowledge and practice. You do not need to have attended the May retreat in order to come to this day-long.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, meditation cushion or pillow, bolster or pillow for under your legs.
Registration fee: $108 (includes HST)
Lunch and refreshments included.
Pre-registration: A 25% deposit is required to secure your space. Your 25% deposit ($27) can be made by interac email transfer, cash or cheque. Interac emails should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (please email your security answer separately).
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel on or prior to one week before the event (October 13), you will receive your deposit back in full. If you cancel after this date, your deposit can not be refunded. Balance is due on or before the day of the event. If the teacher or studio cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
