Class Passes + Drop-In Fees
PLEASE NOTE: September – October 2018 class passes are valid for the 8-week period from September 4 through October 26, 2018. If you are starting anytime in the middle of the series, we can find your best option and/or pro-rate the passes.

We are currently only equipped to accept interac email transfers, cash or cheques, and we don’t yet have online registration available. You are always welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text us at 519.400.7862.
* If you wish to combine yoga and meditation classes, any of the yoga class passes can be used for the Wedensday evening meditation classes. For example, if you want to come to yoga once a week and meditation once a week, a 16-class pass is perfect.
** Based on attending three classes a week for the 8 weeks.
Enjoy our 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, with a series of postures (asanas) refined to suit any ability, and with breath (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.
Gather your mind for a relaxing 90-mins meditation class, with guided meditations, instructions for practice (dharma) and time for discussion and Q&A. Suitable for new or experienced meditators.
