Join us for an easeful six weeks of prenatal yoga. We’ll explore hatha yoga modified to suit your body as you grow through pregnancy.
The practice of prenatal yoga is known to:
- improve sleep
- reduce stress + anxiety
- increase strength, flexibility + endurance
- decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches + shortness of breath
Investment: $95/series (includes HST)
