An Evening of Mantra, Meditation + Kirtan

As a part of our Wednesday evening Summer of Love meditation series, we will explore the practice of cultivating joy, from both a Bhakti Yoga and a Buddhist point of view.

We’ll explore both Vedic and Buddhist mantras, followed by guided meditation, and, finally, we’ll wrap up the evening with some call and response singing!

An evening to calm the body and lift the heart!

 

Please note, there is no need to come to the whole Summer of Love series, in order to drop in for this session!

Cost: $15 drop in or 1 class pass
