I adore Adriene. She makes wonderfully paced, simple, feeling-focused yoga videos. In her own words, she encourages students to ‘focus on sensation over shape.’ This is great advice for how to approach your practice — from the inside out. Doesn’t matter what it looks like, it’s about coming home to your body. And when you honour your body, you honour your heart.
