In these occasional Sunday morning sessions, we explore Buddha’s traditional teachings (dharma) in a way that is modern, simple, nondogmatic and practical; with a clear view to the ways in which we can use meditation and mindfulness to free our hearts and minds in the midst of our busy and stressful lives.
A simple joy is available to us any time that we can relax and be present with our experience. In fact, learning to relax and be still may be the single most important thing we can do to improve our life, our relationships and ultimately our world.
The session will include two guided meditations, instructions for practice (dharma), as well as time for discussion and Q&A.
Cost: Use 1 class pass or drop-in $15 (includes HST)
