Meet us down by the lake for a peaceful, Sunday morning yoga class. This class is suitable for all levels and open to everyone.
It will be a 60-min traditional Hatha Yoga class, combining postures (asanas) with breath (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, and increase strength, focus and flexibility.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early, so that we can settle in to start on time. Coffee/tea/juice will be available on site.
Cost: Suggested Donation $5, $10 or $15. Your donation will be given in full to Port Cares. These classes are offered freely for the benefit of our local community.

Heather first met with Buddhist teachings in the Fall of 2000, and has since spent her time avidly exploring the nature of mind.
