Morning Hatha Yoga

Start your day with an energizing 75-min traditional Hatha Yoga class, combining postures (asanas) with breath (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, and increase strength, focus and flexibility.

Gentle Yoga

Enjoy our 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, with a series of postures (asanas) refined to suit any ability, and with breath (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.
