Evening Hatha Wind down your day with a calm 75 mins hatha, combining postures (asanas) with breath (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, and increase strength and flexibility.
Gentle Hatha Enjoy a gentler 60 mins hatha, with a series of modified postures (asanas), to suit any ability, and with breath (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength and flexibility.
Meditation Gather your mind for a relaxing 90 mins meditation, with guided meditations, instructions for practice (dharma) and time for discussion and Q&A.
