Join us for a 6-week series to learn and gain confidence with meditation and mindfulness practices. Mindfulness is the practice of attending fully to our moment-by-moment experience with curiosity, care and kindness.
Training in mindfulness is not just a technique to improve mental focus and well-being. When combined with investigation, it has the power to transform our whole outlook on life.
This course is suitable for those new to meditation and also a great way for experienced meditators to revisit the foundations and re-establish a regular practice.
For the duration of the course, participants also have the option to attend our Sunday morning 11am Gentle Yoga + Meditation class at no additional charge. Having the opportunity to practice in a group twice a week can deepen our understanding and help us establish a regular practice of meditation.
