This workshop breaks down the mechanics of ‘down-regulation.’ You’ll learn sedating exercises from yoga, body therapy, meditation and self-massage. You’ll un-bind muscle tension, relieve stress and enter into a profound state of Yoga Nidra ‘yogic sleep,’ while mastering the art of ‘Blissing Out’.

This workshop introduces you to the anatomy and physiology of relaxation, teaches you how to enlarge your capacity for remaining calm, and how to train your nervous system for stress resilience.
