We are delighted to invite your children to the Hut this Summer for a magical and transformative journey of self-discovery at our Children’s Yoga classes.
We will explore the wonders of movement, mindfulness and imagination. Led by our experienced and playful instructor, Jo, your children will embark on a joyful adventure, discovering the benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment.
With summer weather and our quiet country location, we will be outside for some parts of the class, weather permitting. Jo loves to incorporate nature in both the yoga and crafts that we do.
These 1.5-hour sessions will include yoga, songs, crafts and games.
Recommended for ages 6 to 12 years.
