All of our weekly classes continue to be available online through zoom.

To attend a class online through zoom, please book the class listed in our booking software AND contact the teacher or studio at least 30 mins prior to class time and we will provide you with the zoom link.

Class Passes

Class Passes can be used to attend any regular weekly class and expire as noted on the fee schedule. Passes are specific to attendance for in person or online.

Mindful Morning Flow

Cultivate well-being and inner stillness through mindful movement in this 60-min Hatha Flow class. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Parent + Tot Yoga

Introduce your little one to the joys and benefits of yoga + mindfulness in this playful family yoga class. These 45-minute sessions are designed to engage everyone (parents, tots, baby siblings) with simple ‘follow the leader’ movement, songs and games.

Recommended for ages 1.5 to 5 years. Younger siblings/infants very welcome.

Lotus Yoga

Ease in with this gentle, joyful and mindful approach to yoga. Slow, steady, attentive, discerning movements, to relax and unfurl your limbs like the petals of a lotus flower. This primarily chair-based yoga class emphasizes inner strength, balance and the uniqueness of individual yogis.

Join us for these weekly insight (vipassana) meditation sessions, designed to help you start and/or support a regular at-home meditation practice. Learn and gain confidence with mindfulness habits that can transform your life. Suitable for new or experienced meditators.

Divine Align

A morning hatha yoga practice designed to centre, stretch and prepare the mind body and spirit for the day! This alignment focused, heart-centred practice is supportive, gentle and available to every body.

The Gentle Yogi

Enjoy an easeful 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, with a series of postures (asanas) refined to suit any ability, and with breath work (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.

Beginner + Beyond

A gentle, relaxed class focusing on exploration of postures, gaining knowledge and building confidence.

This drop-in class is a stepping stone to help bridge the gap between our Beginning Yoga (Pre-registered Course) and some of the other classes we offer. As always, all yogis are welcome!

An open discussion with short meditations on the Advaita Vedanta teachings of awakened awareness, as taught by Sri Mooji Baba, Sri Ramana Maharishi, Rupert Spira and many other great masters.
