If you are new to Stream Yoga + Meditation, you must complete our Personal Health Questionnaire and Waiver to Participate before attending your first class.

Pre-registration is required. Please use the wait list feature on our booking software and please notify us if you need to cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, so that we can admit anyone who is still waiting for a spot.

Please note, the studio is required to follow the Ontario government mandate, which calls for proof of COVID-19 vaccination in select settings beginning September 22. Once available, further details and instructions will be included here on our website and in your class reservation confirmation emails.

Free Your Mind Flow (Sun)

With Meaghan Scott

Get out of your head and into your body in this creatively sequenced 60-min Hatha Flow class, featuring imaginative flows, peak poses. A fun and challenging class!

Barre Fit

With Meaghan Scott

Get yourself moving for a challenging 60-min Barre Fit class, combining ballet-inspired movement with isometric strength training. Improve your posture, increase flexibility, reduce stress.

Starts September 13/21

Ease in with Yin

With Jen Vince

Ease into a 75-min practice of Yin Yoga. In this introspective class, we’ll slow down and breathe deeply while settling into longer-held postures, encouraging the release of muscular tension, and targeting fascia and connective tissues.

Free Your Mind Flow (Tue)

The Gentle Yogi

Enjoy an easeful 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, with a series of postures (asanas) refined to suit any ability, and with breath work (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.

Parent + Tot Yoga

Introduce your little one to the joys and benefits of yoga + mindfulness in this fun-filled 45-min family yoga class. This 6-week series is designed to engage everyone (parents, tots, baby siblings) with playful movement, songs and games.

Inner Space

A mindful movement practice grounded in classical yoga philosophy. Each class is centered around a theme that invites you to explore your inner space and bring yoga to life – in your body, breath, mind and heart.

The Yoga Playground

A creative, free-spirited all-levels practice that explores the wonder of embodiment through self-massage, novel movement, meditation, mindfulness and breathing. Peacefully and playfully connect with the joy of movement.

Teen Yoga

This 6-week course empowers teens to discover and apply the tools yoga offers, increasing coordination, strengthening courage, retaining authenticity, and mindfully navigating connection to their inner self and the world around them.

Vinyasa Flow

Wake up and get yourself moving in this 60-min yoga flow class combining postures and breath work to help reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility in both body and mind.

Root to Rise

With Heather Fenton or Jen Vince

Start your weekend reconnecting with yourself. ‘Rooting’ to create a foundation, alignment and confidence; ‘Rising’ to create spaciousness, flexibility and ease. This Saturday morning 60-min Hatha will be alternately led by Heather Fenton and Jen Vince.

COVID-19:

Do not come to the studio if you have any symptoms. Please refer to the Ontario COVID-19 Screening Tool.

Please wash your hands regularly and make use of the hand sanitizer provided.

The studio will not have props (other than chairs) available for the duration of the coronavirus outbreak, so please bring anything you require to make your practice comfortable: water bottle, blanket, cushion, blocks, straps, etc. Please check the class/event description or check with your instructor for a list of props that are recommended to bring for the class. We will have some props, including inexpensive yoga mats ($15) and blocks ($10 for 2) available for purchase.
