All of our weekly classes continue to be available online through zoom.
To attend a class online through zoom, please book the class listed in our booking software AND contact the teacher or studio at least 30 mins prior to class time and we will provide you with the zoom link.

The Gentle Yogi
Enjoy an easeful 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, with a series of postures (asanas) refined to suit any ability, and with breath work (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.
Let’s Begin!
This relaxed, informal beginners class will focus on simple breathing and meditation techniques, joint mobility and gentle stretching with an in-depth exploration of a foundational yoga pose (asana) each week.
This pop-up class will be on the schedule bi-weekly for the months of July and August starting July 3.

This mid-week morning class slows things down for yogis to focus on head-to-toe joint mobility and to explore lengthening and strengthening connective tissues with longer held postures and breathing techniques. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow
A vibrant and dynamic class focusing on smooth transitions and movements while syncing breath with body awareness.
Insight for Living
Join us for these weekly insight (vipassana) meditation sessions, designed to help you start and/or support a regular at-home meditation practice. Learn and gain confidence with mindfulness habits that can transform your life. Suitable for new or experienced meditators.

Divine Align
A morning hatha yoga practice designed to centre, stretch and prepare the mind body and spirit for the day! This alignment focused, heart-centred practice is supportive, gentle and available to every body.
