Weekly Classes at Stream Yoga + Meditation
Start the week with intention and ease in this all levels Hatha yoga flow class.
Enjoy an easeful 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, with a series of postures (asanas) refined to suit any ability, and with breath work (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.
This relaxed, informal beginners class will focus on simple breathing and meditation techniques, joint mobility and gentle stretching with an in-depth exploration of a foundational yoga pose (asana) each week.
This pop-up class will be on the schedule bi-weekly for the months of July and August starting July 3.
