This ongoing series of workshops will help you understand how to apply movement science to moving bodies. Take your yoga practice to the next level! Live better in your body.
In this ongoing series of workshops, art and improv meet movement science. We’ll throw away our dry anatomy textbooks and bring anatomy to life through movement, massage, mapping our bones and building 3D models of muscle and fascia.
This series is designed for yoga teachers but open to anyone who is interested in a deeper understanding of the body.
These workshops will help you understand how to apply movement science to moving bodies. Take your yoga practice to the next level! Live better in your body.
If you teach yoga or any type of movement practice, you will: improve your class cues, connect and fill in gaps from your teacher training, deepen and embody your anatomy knowledge. Plus, completion of the workshops counts for Yoga Alliance CE credits.
The first workshop in this series will be offered in the Fall of 2022. Additional workshops will be offered in the new year.
