During a sound healing or gong bath, which typically lasts 60-90 minutes, you simply lie down in comfortable clothes on a mat, close your eyes and relax, letting the sounds wash over you.
Enjoy a healing afternoon of Gong Meditation with Christopher Cole.

Sound healing and gong baths are ancient tools used to bring body and mind back into balance, combat depression, confusion and low energy so we can feel more fully alive.

You have likely experienced the healing power of music already. Maybe at a difficult time in your life listening to a meaningful song comforted you. Sound healing therapy is similar and uses the vibration of sound in a targeted way, to fine tune our bodies, mind and emotions. It can help us to relax, sleep better, improve concentration, and even increase our confidence.

Imagine yourself lying on a fabulous beach and giant waves of beautiful sound are washing over you: gongs, singing bowls and bells.

Christopher brings all of his skill as a healer and a pure intent to benefit everyone. The effect is therapeutic: you feel more balanced and aligned on all levels, you leave feeling refreshed and awakened. You may also experience an energy release that clears up past traumas and dis-eases.

Christopher’s world was completely changed by a bad motorcyle accident in 2000. His healing journey led him to a local Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner (acupuncture, herbal medicine, and traditional Taoist practices) whose wife was a psychic and feng shui master. Inspired by how effective their skills were at helping people change for the better, Christopher soon found himself travelling a new path.
