A dedicated and experienced yoga practitioner and instructor, Amber’s personal practice began nearly 20 years ago while traveling through India in her late teens.
Lisa is a native Torontonian who started her yoga journey in 1996. Lisa believes everyone, at any age can benefit from the inner and outer strength, stamina, flexibility, and vitality that yoga cultivates.
