Amber Lagace
RYT200 Certified Yoga Instructor

Amber is a dedicated and experienced yoga practitioner and instructor. Her personal practice began nearly 20 years ago while travelling throughout India in her late teens. Inspired by the profound impact a daily yoga practice had on her physical and emotional well-being, Amber decided to pursue her first teaching certification in Nasik, India in 2007.

With a “breath is boss” philosophy, Amber offers gentle guidance to help participants tune into their body’s natural intelligence while developing a deeper connection with their higher selves. Participants in Amber’s classes acquire tools they can use to cultivate a personal yoga practice in their own daily lives both on and beyond the mat.

Amber moved to Port Colborne with her family in 2018 from her hometown of Calgary, Alberta. While living in Calgary, Amber developed a unique skill set through teaching therapeutic yoga to at-risk teens and other specialized groups within the Alberta Health Services. In addition to teaching adults and teens, Amber is also a certified kids yoga instructor who has had the privilege of teaching mindful movement and breath to young yogis in her community.

Amber is a kind soul whose love for yoga and life radiates through her bright smile and tender approach to teaching. Community and connection guide her intention as she facilitates a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both new and experienced yogis alike.

Partner Yoga

Grab your partner, friend or even a friendly stranger 😉 to join Jen and Amber in a fun 90 minute class of Partner Yoga. Single registrants are very welcome! We’ll match you up with other singles.

The class will start with a group warm up before branching off into pairs to explore a series of fun partner poses, closing the class with a restful Savasana.

Yogis of all levels are welcome.
