Jen has had a love for yoga for over 10 years, practicing daily as a means to help manage mental and physical health challenges.
In 2016, in an effort to find ease and healing after a mental health crisis, Jen began her more formal study and practice of Hatha yoga.
Jen openly describes her yoga journey as taking her from a place of not wanting to live, to living fully every single day. She is passionate about sharing with others how yoga has transformed her life.
She’s joyful, playful, laughs hard at her own jokes and loves to make others smile. When she’s not practicing yoga you can find her volunteering at Port Colborne’s Grey’s Haven Farm Sanctuary, paddle boarding, playing guitar, drinking coffee and enjoying her beautiful family. Oh! and doing laundry. 😉
