Jo Moore is a nature and pet-loving, family-blessed, retired Mental Health Social Worker and Special Education Teacher. In recent years she gleefully achieved a post graduate certificate in Expressive Arts from Haliburton School of the Arts and her YogaRYT200 certificate. Jo is a seasoned facilitator, recently transplanted to Port Colborne, and enjoying a better gardening zone than in her native Orangeville.

Parent + Tot Yoga

Introduce your little one to the joys and benefits of yoga + mindfulness in this playful family yoga class. These 45-minute sessions are designed to engage everyone (parents, tots, baby siblings) with simple ‘follow the leader’ movement, songs and games.

Recommended for ages 1.5 to 5 years. Younger siblings/infants very welcome.
