Julie (Jaya) Boyse
Meditation Teacher and E-RYT 450 + RYT200 Certified Yoga Instructor

Julie is a Niagara-based yoga and meditation teacher. She loves guiding others to listen to their bodies, and connect with their authentic self.

Julie Boyse (Jaya) has been trained in the Sivananda lineage through Sivananda Vendanta Camp in Montreal, Canada, and SIYA International with Swami Mahesh in Bangalore, India. She has travelled to Iceland, Costa Rica, and India to gain a deeper knowledge of yoga and conducts yoga retreats. She teaches Classical Integrated style Yoga, which is holistic and healing in nature and guides the aspirants into higher experiences of consciousness. Julie is a spiritual seeker and loves learning and sharing what she has learned with others as she has seen first hand the healing potential of Yoga in her own life. She travels to India regularly to deepen her study, understanding and experiences in Classical Yoga from the roots and original source of Yoga.

She currently teaches chair yoga in senior care facilities across the Niagara region. She holds Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, Mantra Chanting/Kirtan, and Meditation classes in the evenings and mid day for groups or privately and holds day retreats and brings those who are interested in exploring India and other parts of the world with her when she travels.
