Please join us for an evening exploring Ayurveda, meaning ‘knowledge of life and longevity’, led by visiting instructor Julie (Jaya) Boyse of Journey 2 Balance.

In this workshop, Jaya, who will just be returning home from her annual Ayurveda Retreat in India, will be sharing her knowledge and experience with Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, and how to set a routine to keep us healthy and balanced through Spring by using lifestyle practices, nutrition, yoga, gem stones, essential oils and colour to heal imbalances that may be causing discomfort, pain, illness and dis-ease in your mind and body.

You do not need any previous knowledge of Ayurveda.
