Introduction to Ayurveda: a Healthy Routine for Spring

In this workshop, Jaya, who will just be returning home from her annual Ayurveda Retreat in India, will be sharing her knowledge and experience with Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, and how to set a routine to keep us healthy and balanced through Spring by using lifestyle practices, nutrition, yoga, gem stones, essential oils and colour to heal imbalances that may be causing discomfort, pain, illness and dis-ease in your mind and body.
You do not need any previous knowledge of Ayurveda.
Please wear comfortable clothes as we will be doing some Classical Hatha yoga. Bring your mat, cushion, note books and pen. (The studio has mats and cushions available.)
Investment: $50 includes HST

Pre-registration: A $15 deposit is required to secure your space. Your deposit ($15), or the full amount, can be paid by interac email transfer, cash or cheque. Interac emails should be sent to email@example.com
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel on or prior to 7 days before the event (March 16), you will receive your deposit back in full. If you cancel after this date, your deposit can not be refunded. Balance is due on or before the day of the event. If the teacher or studio cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
