Mindful Creative Writing
A MEDITATION + WRITING WORKSHOP

Join us for an online workshop, where we will explore the interplay between creativity and stillness. In this interactive workshop, we’ll combine short meditations with longer writing exercises. We’ll discuss how quiet moments help focus our creative energy and how our writing can be fuelled by mindfulness.
Beginners welcome. Please dress comfortably and have your writing tools ready to go.
Cost: $15 (includes HST) or use 1 class pass*
*You are welcome to use a class pass from your 5, 10 or 20 class pass pack; 1 or 3 month unlimited pass holders will need to pay $15 for the workshop.

Creative Writing TeacherMeaghan Mazurek has been teaching for fifteen years. She strives to make safe spaces in the world to explore creativity. As a writer, she has explored a variety of formats, from songs and stories to kids’ books and personal essays. She loves writing with others, sharing meals, and other opportunities to build connections.
