Our Mom + Baby Yoga Workshop will focus on the unique healing and strengthening needs of a mother’s postpartum body and her baby. We will also focus on how to bring daily mindfulness into motherhood using yoga and relaxation techniques, as well as learning baby massage to gently soothe new and growing babies.

We will use yoga poses and targeted exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and deep core muscles, including addressing diastasis recti.

Babies will be optionally included into the yoga postures and exercises enabling mothers to continue these healing movements at home.

All non walking babies are welcome. Please be advised that it is not recommended to do core exercises prior to 6-weeks postpartum.
