We offer class passes to cultivate and encourage your commitment to a regular yoga + meditation practice. The magic truly happens in the small steps we take every day, showing up for life, showing up on our yoga mats and/or meditation seats. Coming to class weekly or even a few times a week, is a commitment that pays off in peace of mind, strength and ease of body.

We are currently equipped to accept interac email transfers, cash or cheques.

Expiry of class passes: 1-, 5-, 10- and 20-class passes expire one calendar year from date of purchase. Our regular 1-Month Unlimited and 3-Months Unlimited passes expire one and three calendar months, respectively, from date of purchase (e.g. 1-month pass purchased March 3 will expire at midnight April 3, and a 3-months pass purchase August 15 will expire at midnight November 15).

Hatha Yoga

Join us for a 75-min traditional Hatha Yoga class, combining postures (asanas) with breath work (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, and increase strength, focus and flexibility.

Hatha Flow

Get your body moving and breathing in these 60-min flow classes, combining postures (asanas) with breath work (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, and increase strength, focus and flexibility.

Gentle Yoga

Enjoy an easeful 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, with a series of postures (asanas) refined to suit any ability, and with breath work (pranayama) to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.

Prenatal Yoga

Spend time in the supportive company of other expectant moms, enjoying a 60-min modified Hatha Yoga class, designed to bring mental and physical peace as you prepare for childbirth.

The practice of prenatal yoga can:

  • improve sleep
  • reduce stress + anxiety
  • increase strength, flexibility + endurance
  • decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches + shortness of breath

Meditation

Gather your mind for a relaxing 90-mins meditation class, with guided meditations, instructions for practice (dharma) and time for discussion and Q&A. Suitable for new or experienced meditators.

Mom + Baby Yoga

Bring your new bundle of joy and Join us for a 60-min modified Hatha Yoga class, designed to accommodate the effects of your recent pregnancy, and get you mindfully moving and breathing while regaining strength and mobility. Option to linger after class to socialize with other new moms and their babes.
