Get ready to create new possibilities in your practice! Each class in the series focuses on preparing you through targeted warm ups and preparatory poses for a challenging ‘peak pose.’

Step-by-step, week after week, we’ll break down challenging poses into simpler components and you’ll learn how to make impossible seeming movements possible!

Week 1: Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog)
Week 2: Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon)
Week 3: Navasana (Boat Pose)
Week 4: Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolving Triangle)
Week 5: Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III)
Week 6: Hanumanasana (Splits)
Week 7: Vasisthasana (Side Plank with Toe Hold)
Week 8: Parivrtta Bakasana (Side Crow) or Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand)
