Spend time in the supportive company of other expectant moms, enjoying a 60-min modified Hatha Yoga class, designed to bring mental and physical peace as you prepare for childbirth.
The practice of prenatal yoga is known to:
- improve sleep
- reduce stress + anxiety
- increase strength, flexibility + endurance
- decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches + shortness of breath
Please pre-register. We’ll need a minimum of 6 yogis to run this class. The prenatal classes will be ongoing, as long as there is enough interest/attendance.
Cost: $70 (inc HST) or choose from our any of our class-pass options.

Who is leading the class?
Yoga has been a part of Megan’s life for over 10 years and she is passionate about helping others learn how to overcome and manage their individual physical and mental health challenges.
