Gather with us on the last full moon of the year for an evening of stillness and reflection.

At this special session of our regular Wednesday evening “Insight for Living” meditation class, we will mark the last full moon of the year with a lightly guided meditation and brief talk on the path of awakening. There will be an opportunity for sharing reflections.

Offered freely (no cost), this evening practice is open to everyone and will be dedicated for those in our community who are struggling with their physical and mental health, and for the benefit of all beings. May there be peace.

Please let us know you are coming by booking your spot using the button below. No class pass or membership is necessary to book.

Heather Fenton

Meditation Teacher and RYT200 Certified Yoga Instructor

Heather Fenton combines 20+ years of Buddhist meditation training with a lifelong interest in mental health and western psychology. Heather teaches with warmth, compassion and humour, offering practical and down to earth instruction that is rooted in ancient tradition.

In addition to meditation, she enjoys teaching ‘meditative movement’ (Hatha-based yoga) classes, that are breath-led, with an emphasis on ‘listening’ and ‘responding’ to the body.

Heather, with the loving support of her husband Michael, established Stream Yoga + Meditation in 2018, as an expression of their wish to create a local space for the exploration of yogic, contemplative and human well-being practices of body and mind, open to all, regardless of background or beliefs.
