PSOAS RELEASING EXPLORATION

Have you been told that your psoas muscle is tight? Have you wondered if your psoas (ilio-psoas muscle) may be a contributing factor to your low back discomfort? Do you have other movement restrictions or pain when walking?
This important flexor muscle connects your legs to your spine. It can become tight (over-contracted) for a number of reasons including repetitive movement, injury, surgery or even emotional stress. There are varied theories on how to release this vital stabilizing muscle. Clinical Somatic Education understands that your brain organizes your movement as a system. It’s never just one individual muscle. Learn how to improve your control and function of the psoas by improving the brain-muscle connection. Experience more freedom and fluidity with flexion, extension and rotation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel on or prior to one week before the event (February 16), you will receive your deposit back in full. If you cancel after this date, your deposit can not be refunded. Balance is due on or before the day of the event. If the teacher or studio cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
