On Tuesday and Friday mornings we offer what we call “Gentle Yoga” here at Stream in Port Colborne. It’s a 60-min modified Hatha Chair Yoga class, that includes a series of postures refined to suit any ability, and with breathing exercises and guided meditations to help you reduce stress, increase strength, focus and flexibility.
I recently found this wonderful video Mindful Chair Yoga: A 15 Minute Beginner practice, which is a very similar style and sequence as our Gentle Yoga classes.
