Mindful Improv

Learn the fundamentals of improv in a safe, supportive and collaborative environment. With a particular emphasis on being fully present and in the moment, this workshop will begin with an element of mindfulness, helping participants get out of their heads and ready to engage in playful improvised games and scenes.

Safety measures and social distancing will be in effect to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Mask up friends!

Full Moon Flow

An evening to celebrate the moon. Participants will enjoy a lunar inspired yoga practice as well as a full moon and Samhain ritual complete with crystals. All levels welcome!

This will be an in-person, socially distanced workshop. There are a limited number of spaces available, so please register early to avoid disappointment!

Mom + Baby Yoga

Refill your cup! Reconnect with yourself and your little one during this playful hour-long mom and baby yoga class. Megan Bennett will lead a simple, joyful practice to get you and baby moving creatively.

This will be an in-person, socially distanced class. Mom’s are required to wear a mask as you arrive and leave, and any time you are not actively practicing on your mat. There is a limit of 5 spaces available, so please register early.

Living in the Moment Day Retreat

Spend the day with us in quiet contemplation (In Person or Online). We will use mindfulness to investigate the nature of our experience: our day will include periods of seated and walking meditation, eating meditation (lunch), instructions for practice (dharma), Q&A and discussion. We will practice silence in the supportive company of others. This retreat is suitable for new and experienced meditators.

In Person space is limited. Social distancing will be in effect to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

To reduce contact, we ask that you please bring your own lunch.

Dana: The fees cover the administive costs of the retreat. You are also welcome to make a donation to the teachers.

Or Zen Planner allows you to keep a credit card associated with your account. We are also able to accept payment by PayPal: paypal.me/streamyoga. We will, of course, honour cash and cheques, although we need to receive payment at least 24 hours before class/event.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:  An administration fee of 10% will be applied to all changes or cancellations; If you cancel one week or more in advance of an event, you will receive a full refund less the 10% administration fee; If you cancel between a week and 24 hours in advance you will receive a 50% credit, which can be used for other Stream events, class passes or memberships; If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive no credit, unless your spot can be easily filled by someone from a waitlist; Consideration may be given for medical circumstances; If the teacher or studio cancels a class/event for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
