Please join us online from the comfort of your home, for a special 4-part workshop series with Cheryl Gordon, Yoga Therapist.
We are thrilled to have Cheryl Gordon on the live stream at Stream to present her popular ‘Yoga for Anxiety’ series.
In each 75-minute session Cheryl will introduce a simple yet powerful yoga practice, designed to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety. She identifies and addresses four particular ways these symptoms might be manifesting: in our moods, thoughts, physiology and/or behaviours.
These classes are structured as part educational and part experiential. Unlike a traditional yoga class, there is a significant amount of information offered, and the practices are tailored to meet the specific, personal needs of participants.
Cost: $60 (includes HST) or use 4 class passes*
*You are welcome to use classes pass from your 5, 10 or 20 class pass pack; unlimited pass holders will need to pay $60 for the workshop series.
