A gentle, relaxed class focusing on exploration of postures, gaining knowledge and building confidence. This all-levels drop-in class will cater to the needs of the students in attendance.

For beginners it is a stepping stone to help bridge the gap between our Beginning Yoga (Pre-registered Course) and some of the other classes we offer. For experienced yogis, it is an opportunity for practice and review of the foundations of their yoga practice.
